Developer Support

Minimum spend of $29/month

-or-

3% of Monthly AWS charges

Charges will be at least the minimum charge of $29/month or the result of the calculation, whichever is higher.

Business Support

Minimum spend of $100/month

-or-

10% of Monthly AWS charges from $0-$10K

7% of Monthly AWS charges from $10K-$80K

5% of Monthly AWS charges from $80K-$250K

3% of Monthly AWS charges over $250K

Charges will be at least the minimum charge of $100/month or the result of the calculation, whichever is higher.

*AWS Countdown Premium available for an additional fee.

Enterprise Support

Minimum spend of $15,000/month

-or-

$15K for monthly AWS Charges up to $150K

7% of Monthly AWS charges from $150K-$500K

5% of Monthly AWS charges from $500K-$1M

3% of Monthly AWS charges over $1M

Charges will be at least the minimum charge of $15K/month or the result of the calculation, whichever is higher.

Partner-led Support

Minimum spend of $7,500/month

10% of Monthly AWS charges from $0-$150K

7% of Monthly AWS charges from $150K-$500K

5% of Monthly AWS charges from $500K-$1M

3% of Monthly AWS charges over $1M

Charges will be at least the minimum charge of $7.5K/month or the result of the calculation, whichever is higher.
